Responsibilities
Administrative point of contact between the Institution and clients
Receiving calls and taking messages
Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Make travel arrangements, when necessary
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Requirements
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Ability to learn new computer programs
Proficient in English
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Discretion and confidentiality
